Description:
A rare jug from the Moor's Pottery of Sunderland. Well potted and neatly decorated with a maritime ditty surrounded by a coloured garland and an unusual transfer of a dog helping another out of a raging river, exquisitely coloured, a vivid image.
Circa 1860-70
Approx - 6 inches (150mm) tall.
In good condition save a chipped spout.
